Helen Dunnett Consulting Ltd is an independent consultancy which focuses on working with arts, culture, heritage and charity organisations to develop their CRM strategies and to procure CRM/ticketing/fundraising systems to enable them to deliver their art to audiences in the best possible way, to maximise their revenue and to streamline and improve their processes and productivity.
We have a team of Associate Consultants with expertise in requirements analysis, implementation planning, supplier management, system configuration, data migration, system integrations, process design and Data Protection/GDPR.
Helen supported us in identifying a new system to replace multiple, disconnected platforms for ticketing, marketing, membership and fundraising. She guided us through a rigorous procurement process with product demos, interviews and in-depth reviews. She was adept at including everyone who had a stake in this new system, so that we could come to a unanimous decision. Thanks to Helen’s extensive knowledge, we were able to find a solution that we would otherwise have missed.
